Preparation

  1. Thaw 1 bag of Nature's Touch Tropical Avocado Bliss at room temperature for 30-40 minutes or pour blend into a bowl and microwave for approximately 30 seconds.
  2. Place all of the ingredients into a blender and mix for 2- minutes until smooth.
