Wild Blueberry Dressing

A vibrantly colored and flavored salad dressing that pairs perfectly with leafy greens, nuts and a tangy cheese, like blue cheese or gorgonzola.

Time: 5 minutes

Serves: 6-8

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Nature’s Touch frozen organic or pesticide-free wild blueberries
  • ¼ cup white wine vinegar
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

  1. Blend ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. Serve over leafy greens and your favorite salad toppers (raw veggies, nuts, cheese, etc).
