There’s an increasing demand for frozen fruits in North America and as a major player in the industry, we felt it was our responsibility to respond proactively and efficiently to our customer’s needs, never compromising on quality! Sourcing and shipping frozen fruit from North America’s East Coast to the West Coast made sense on a small scale, but as we grew, so did our desire to provide more efficiency to our customers.
Expanding our presence in North America’s West Coast by purchasing the Abbotsford BC facility enables us to properly nurture our growth through a more diverse distribution network that can service both North American and oversees customers. It also enables us to connect more directly with British Columbia’s numerous fruit and vegetable growers, therefore ensuring a better control over quality and food safety.
Nature’s Touch Frozen Foods’s Head Office is located in Montréal, Québec, Canada and the company also has another packing facility located in Front Royal, Virginia in the United States. The company currently employs about 370 employees and is sourcing frozen fruit and vegetables primarily from North and South America.
