Mango Strawberry Crumble

Mango and strawberry bursts of flavor invade this crumble recipe. A sweet mix of frozen fruits and oats make it ok to eat this any time of the day!

  • 2 cups Nature’s Touch frozen Organic or Tested for Pesticide Residue Mangos
  • 2 cups Nature’s Touch frozen Organic or Tested for Pesticide Residue Strawberries
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • A squeeze of lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt

Crumble Topping

  • 1 cup oats
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 6 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 stick butter – cut into small pieces


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. In a bowl, mix the fruits and all the ingredients from the filling list.
  3. In another bowl, make the topping by combining all ingredients. Mush, all ingredients together, especially the butter so you are left with pea-sized clumps.
  4. Pour the berry filling into a baking dish. Top with the oat crumble topping. Even it out with the back of a spoon
  5. Bake uncovered for 1 hour until fruit mixture is bubbling and the oat crumble is turning golden brown.
