Blueberry Lemon Galette

Inspired by the French Galette des rois, this fancy crowd pleaser is nothing but simple to make! A frozen blueberry lemon dessert sure to impress the whole family.

Cook time: 15-20 minutes

  • 1 9-inch refrigerated pie crust (you can use 2 if you like thicker crust)
  • 1 1/2 cups Nature's Touch Organic or Tested for Pesticide Residue Frozen Wild Blueberries
  • 2/3 cup lemon curd
  • 1 tbsp turbinado sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. Line a pizza pan or baking sheet with parchment paper and unroll pie crust onto pan.
  3. Spread lemon curd onto the shell, leaving a 1 inch border on all sides.
  4. Cover with blueberries and then sprinkle with sugar.
  5. Fold the crust over, covering the 1-inch border and pleat (see picture) and brush the crust border with egg wash.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crust is browned.
  7. Cool before serving.
