Avocado Mango Toast

Try this Avocado Mango Toast, it's a symphony of flavors in your mouth. An amazing blend of mangos and avocados, it makes for the prefect appetizer!

  • 1½ cups of Nature’s Touch Organic or Tested for Pesticide Residue Mangos, diced
  • 2 tbsp minced red onion
  • 2 tbsp minced jalapeno
  • Spritz of lime fresh lime juice
  • A drizzle of honey (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • Kosher salt and pepper
  • 2-3 pieces of flatbread (or traditional toast)


  1. In a bowl, toss the diced mango, red onion, jalapeno, lime, honey and cilantro.
  2. Prepare the avocados by mashing them with a fork.
  3. Season well with kosher salt, pepper, and add a good squeeze of lime.
  4. Mix until combined.
  5. Add more seasoning to taste.

Toast your bread and layer with the spread.
