Strawberries - Tested for Pesticide Residue

Did you know that strawberries have historically been at the top of the “dirty dozen” list of fruits and veggies with the most pesticides simply because of the way they are grown? They are grown so close to the ground that it is almost inevitable to use chemicals to grow them and avoid pests. At Nature’s Touch, our goal is to limit your exposure to pesticide residues. We source from farms that do not use pesticides if it’s not required, use biological control (natural pest eating the pest that is damaging the fruit) and ensure that these delicious gems are washed before freezing helping reduce the amount of residue.
